Technical Procedure for Household Emergency (Water, Fire, Leak, Power Outage)

1. Detection and Initial Assessment

   • Identify the source of the emergency (water, fire, leak, or electrical failure).

2. Securing the Area

   • Evacuate the affected area if there is any danger to occupants.

   • Do not handle electrical installations if there is the presence of water.

3. Contact Emergency Services

   • Call emergency services (fire department, police, ambulance) if the situation requires it.

   • In the event of a fire, activate alarms and immediately contact 911 or the local fire department.

4. Notify Property Manager or Owner

   • Immediately inform the property owner, building manager, or maintenance supervisor.

   • Document the situation with photos or videos to support any future report or insurance claim.
