Emergency Service 24/7

Household emergencies such as water leaks, fires, electrical outages, or issues related to home infrastructure can occur unexpectedly and pose significant risks to both individuals and property. For this reason, it is essential to have a clear and organized procedure in place to respond quickly, safely, and effectively in such situations.

Emergency Procedure

Technical Procedure for Household Emergency (Water, Fire, Leak, Power Outage)

  1. Detection and Initial Assessment

    • Identify the source of the emergency (water, fire, leak, or electrical failure).

    • Quickly assess the severity of the problem and potential risks to people and property.

  2. Securing the Area

    • Evacuate the affected area if there is any danger to occupants.

    • Shut off water valves (in case of water or leak) or cut the main power supply if it is safe to do so.

    • Do not handle electrical installations if there is the presence of water.

  3. Contact Emergency Services

    • Call emergency services (fire department, police, ambulance) if the situation requires it.

    • In the event of a fire, activate alarms and immediately contact 911 or the local fire department.

  4. Notify Property Manager or Owner

    • Immediately inform the property owner, building manager, or maintenance supervisor.

    • Document the situation with photos or videos to support any future report or insurance claim.

  5. Technical Intervention

    • Contact qualified professionals (plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, etc.) to safely resolve the issue in compliance with current regulations.

    • Avoid temporary fixes that could worsen the situation.

  6. Follow-up and Repairs

    • Carry out the necessary repairs to restore the normal functioning of the property.

    • Ensure there are no residual hazards after the intervention (humidity, electrical risks, etc.).

  7. Report and Prevention

    • Prepare a detailed incident report including date, time, probable cause, damages, and actions taken.

    • Evaluate preventive measures to avoid similar emergencies in the future (routine maintenance, technical inspections, structural improvements).
